At Namie Home, we want you to love your living space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
